How long does it take to ship your products?
We take 24-48 hours to process your order, then around 7 to 10 working days to deliver it to you.
Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship from?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our warehouses are located in Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland) for faster delivery.
How can you explain products at such an attractive price?
Unlike the big brands, our margins are lower than normal. We make sure that we can sell our products as close as possible to the factory price. The fact that our international warehouse is in Europe means that we can reduce product costs even further.
Do you provide product tracking information?
Yes, you receive your tracking number automatically after a few days.
What happens if my order is missing items?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following email address: email and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
